Create a ShiftGate account and browse Live, Upcoming, and 2nd Gear listings. Looking for something specific? Save your search and we’ll notify you directly when listings match your criteria.
All ShiftGate listings are written by professional automotive writers, based on information provided to us by the seller. We want you to be comfortable with the car’s condition etc. before you bid. So we always recommend asking specific questions about the car in the community commenting area of each auction.
Remember, other enthusiasts are out there bidding. If you’re ever outbid, we’ll send you a notification. Auctions run for seven days. And any bid occurring in the final two minutes extends the clock by another two minutes. You’ll see the timer at the top of the auction page. If the vehicle doesn’t meet the reserve price, the seller can put the car into 2nd Gear. Here you can make an offer that tops the last highest bid. Or simply “Buy Now” at the seller’s specified reserve price.
You’ll get an email from us introducing you to the seller. Once you have all the contact information, simply reach out and finalize the details in a way that works for you both.
